Logo? There really isn't a logo.
This logo looks like a bad scan from a business card.
Where have all the bevels gone? Here.
Graphics for text. The shadows are wrong. They're the same everywhere.
You may not know that your site doesn't work in IE6, unless you use something like BrowserCam. IE6 sucks, but you may have to support it. I refuse to.
Too many links. Actually, it's nothing but links.
This isn't what people expect. 1. They don't expect to see a huge logo in the middle. They expect to see a regular-sized logo at the top left. 2. They don't expect horizontal navigation to be so far down the page.
