You need to check your website on an outside machine to make sure your graphics load. If you created your pages on a machine at work and then examine your site, the graphics will show up because they're referenced on your hard disk.

They didn't check to see what their website looked like in the chrome browser.

They did check what the site looked like in IE and it looked OK (in their eyes).

When you click on the "Small Business" link, you are taken to the correct page, but the tab that pops up as a marker is the "Enterprise" tab. Very stupid programming.
