This site is "Dreams of the Great Earth Changes" captured on 9-11-11. The background is straight out of 1997 and that's a bad thing. Also notice the logo is just text. That's the sign of an amateur. It also asks you to manually refresh the page -- in case there's something new.
This is what your website looks when the Flash plugin is turned off. Many government agencies don't let employees use Flash. Many surfers use software to block Flash because they block Flash ads.
